5 6 9 – One number is correct but wrong place.

From statements 1,2 and 4 we come to know that one of the number is “4”.
Now the position of “4” is “_ _ 4”, we get this from statements 2 and 3.
Hence now we get from statement 1 that another number is 9 and code now will be “_ 9 4”
Now from statements 3 and 5 we get that “3” is the last digit of the code.
and hence the code is “3 9 4”
